Submissions: Please submit articles here
Articles submitted to Arthuriana should present original scholarship likely to be of long-term value. Do not submit work that will soon be published in essentially the same form as part of a book We require an exclusive right of refusal: you must agree to submit your article exclusively to Arthuriana until an editorial decision is reported to you (usually within three months and sometimes sooner). Written permission to reprint extracts, and/or artwork if necessary, must be sent with your submission, along with a copy of the permissions request. See the Style Guide for more information on requesting permissions.
Arthuriana follows a double-blind peer review: the author’s identity is not known to the reader evaluating the article, and the author does not know the identity of the reader. All contributors must be members in good standing of one of the national branches of the International Arthurian Society.
To submit articles for consideration, please follow the link above or the "Submit Articles Here" link on the home page and follow the appropriate prompts, in which you will be asked to provide your mailing information, abstract, and article.
Use the Style Guide (see link below) for more specific information on formatting your article.
If you are unable to send your submission electronically, please send a cover letter and THREE copies of the article following the guidelines laid out above. Manuscripts should be sent to:
